Ingredients

  • 21.5 oz. brownie mix
  • 5.5 oz. buttermilk biscuit mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix brownie mix, biscuit mix, water, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla with a mixer until well combined.
  3. Stir in semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and raisins.
  4. Pour batter into two slightly greased non-stick loaf pans.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from pans and cool on wire racks for an additional 10 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with creamy cinnamon spread.
