Ingredients

  • semi-sweet chocolate

  • brownie mix
  • cream cheese
  • nuts
  • strawberry
  • low-fat margarine
  • pineapple

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a 15-inch baking stone.
  2. Cut parchment paper to fit on top of the stone.
  3. Place the parchment paper on the baking stone, noting it may tend to roll.
  4. Lay the parchment paper with the rolling side up on the stone.
  5. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions and bake on the stone.
  6. Once baked, let the brownie cool slightly.
  7. Spread cream cheese over the cooled brownie base.
  8. Top with sliced banana, strawberries, pineapple, and nuts.
  9. Melt semi-sweet chocolate and drizzle over the toppings.
  10. Serve and enjoy this fruity brownie pizza.
