Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 7 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/2 c. pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients well, then stir in nuts.
  2. Bake at 350° in greased 13 x 9-inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes.
