Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Raisin Bran cereal
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line muffin pans with paper liners.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the beaten egg, milk, and vegetable oil.
  4. Stir in Raisin Bran cereal.
  5. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes.
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
