Creamy, savory brunch roll-ups filled with eggs, ham, cheese, and bacon, perfect for a satisfying breakfast or brunch gathering with versatile accompaniments.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. tortilla shells
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 8 to 10 eggs
  • 2 pkg. sliced ham
  • 2 to 4 slices bacon
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped Cheddar cheese
  • 3 green onions
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, softened cream cheese, salt and pepper, crumbled cooked crispy bacon, ham, green onions, cheese, and milk together well.
  2. Cook until done but not dry, using microwave on Medium, stirring in between until moist and fully cooked.
  3. Fill each tortilla shell with the egg mixture.
  4. Serve warm with salsa and chips or jellies.
  5. For decoration, arrange roll-ups in a circle to make a wreath with a salsa or jelly bowl in the middle.
