Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 lb. ground Smithfield ham

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, butter, and flour until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
  3. Roll out the chilled dough thin like pie crust.
  4. Cut with a 2-inch round cutter.
  5. Spread half of each circle with ground Smithfield ham.
  6. Fold over like Parker House rolls.
  7. Freeze the assembled pastries if desired.
  8. Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. Watch closely to prevent burning.
