Brunch Rolls
Delicious brunch rolls featuring creamy cheese filling and a sweet vanilla and lemon flavor, perfect for a satisfying breakfast or brunch gathering.

Instructions
- Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Place one package of crescent rolls in the bottom of the prepared pan, unrolled or slightly pressed to cover the bottom.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the first layer of rolls.
- Layer the second package of crescent rolls on top of the cheese layer.
- In a small bowl, fork whip the egg white and brush it over the top of the layered rolls.
- Bake until the rolls are puffy and lightly browned on top, about 20-25 minutes.
