Delicious brunch rolls featuring creamy cheese filling and a sweet vanilla and lemon flavor, perfect for a satisfying breakfast or brunch gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Place one package of crescent rolls in the bottom of the prepared pan, unrolled or slightly pressed to cover the bottom.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture over the first layer of rolls.
  4. Layer the second package of crescent rolls on top of the cheese layer.
  5. In a small bowl, fork whip the egg white and brush it over the top of the layered rolls.
  6. Bake until the rolls are puffy and lightly browned on top, about 20-25 minutes.
