Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 packages (16 oz each) frozen strawberries with juice
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add vegetable oil and eggs; mix thoroughly to combine.
  3. Stir in frozen strawberries with juice or fresh sliced strawberries.
  4. Fold in chopped nuts.
  5. Pour batter into two greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
