B'S Lasagna
A hearty layered lasagna featuring seasoned ground beef, creamy cottage cheese, and melted mozzarella, perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

- Brown the ground beef with 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt.
- Add basil, tomato sauce, and tomato paste to the beef. Simmer for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil lasagna noodles until tender and shred the mozzarella cheese.
- In a medium bowl, beat the eggs, then add cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and 1 teaspoon salt.
- Spread a layer of the meat mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Layer cooked noodles over the meat, then spread with the egg and cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers, ending with a top layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, or refrigerate and bake the next day for 45 minutes.
