Tips & Substitutions

For added depth of flavor, consider sautéing the onions and garlic before adding them to the slow cooker. Feel free to customize the vegetables based on what you have on hand, such as zucchini or bell peppers. Adding a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before serving can also enhance the flavor.

Serving Suggestions

This Italian Vegetable Soup pairs beautifully with crusty bread or a fresh garden salad for a complete meal. For a heartier option, serve it alongside 'Hearty' Lasagna or Italian Spaghetti With Meat Sauce. Garnish each bowl with fresh parsley or grated Parmesan cheese for a finishing touch.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply warm in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through. You can also reheat individual portions in the microwave, ensuring they are heated evenly to avoid cold spots.
