Bubbas' Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 small Onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1 You could certainly add more garlic if you like!
  • 1 Egg (If needed to firm mix more)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400AF
  2. Mix ground beef, salt, onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and worcestershire sauce.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add milk, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
  5. Mix until blended, form into 1 1/2 inch meatballs and place onto baking sheet.
  6. *** TIP: LINE WITH TIN FOIL SPRAYED WITH PAM FOR EASY CLEANUP!
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes
  8. Add to your favorite sauce or make some awesome hoagies with melted provolone!
  9. Eat with a smile!
  10. Makes about 12-14 1 1/2" meatballs.
