Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 cup frozen broccoli cuts
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sliced pimentos
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  • 1 can biscuits (10 count)
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cubed cooked chicken, frozen broccoli cuts, sour cream, sliced water chestnuts, sliced pimentos, sliced green onions, shredded Mozzarella cheese, and salt and pepper; mix well.
  3. Spoon the chicken mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly around the edges.
  5. Meanwhile, separate the biscuits into 10 pieces and cut each into quarters.
  6. Remove the baked chicken mixture from the oven. Arrange the biscuit pieces in a single layer over the hot mixture.
  7. Bake for an additional 9 to 13 minutes or until the biscuits are light golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
