Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 loaf frozen bread
  • 1 (3 oz.) package vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 6 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Spread chopped walnuts on the bottom of the pan.
  3. Separate the bread into 12 balls and place in a single layer on top of the nuts.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the vanilla pudding evenly over the top.
  6. Dot the pudding with small pieces of butter.
  7. Let the dough rise until it has expanded, about 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until golden brown.
