Ingredients

  • 1 lb. margarine
  • 2 lb. peanut butter
  • 3 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix margarine, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and refrigerate until very cold.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in the top of a double boiler.
  4. Add a little vegetable oil to the melted chocolate for smoothness.
  5. Drop several peanut butter balls at a time into the melted chocolate to coat them.
  6. Use tongs to remove coated balls and place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
  7. Refrigerate until the chocolate coating is firm.
