Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix margarine, peanut butter, and powdered sugar well with hands until smooth.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls the size of walnuts.
  3. Place the balls on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
  5. Melt chocolate chips until smooth.
  6. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
  7. Place the coated candies back on waxed paper.
  8. Refrigerate until chocolate is set before serving.
