Ingredients

  • 3 packs Philly cream cheese
  • 4 packs Buddig beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 Tbsp. Accent salt
  • 4 shakes Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese, chopped drained onion, Accent salt, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into a ball or two smaller balls.
  3. Take the remaining pack of Buddig beef and roll the cheese ball(s) until covered with the beef.
  4. Serve on crackers.
