Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, dried bread crumbs, chopped onion, pepper, salt, and milk thoroughly.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1 1/2-inch thick steaks.
  3. Place the steaks on a broiler rack or pan.
  4. Broil for 10 to 15 minutes on one side.
  5. Turn the steaks and broil on the other side until cooked through.
  6. May be frozen for later use.
