Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lbs. hamburger
  • Garlic salt
  • 6 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans of Green Giant whole kernel corn
  • Mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic salt to taste while browning the meat.
  3. Dissolve 6 beef bouillon cubes in 1 1/4 cups hot water.
  4. Pour the bouillon mixture into the skillet with the browned hamburger.
  5. Thicken the gravy with flour or cornstarch as needed.
  6. Use Gravy Master to color the meat mixture.
  7. Drain and add 2 cans (16 oz. each) of Green Giant whole kernel corn to the skillet.
  8. Simmer the mixture until heated through and slightly thickened.
  9. Spread prepared mashed potatoes over the meat and corn mixture.
  10. Bake or serve immediately as desired.
