Buffalo Chicken Strips

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. In small bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, cayenne and salt. Evenly coat chicken with mixture.
  2. Refrigerate chicken 60 to 90 minutes.
  3. Combine butter, hot sauce, pepper and garlic powder in small saucepan over low heat. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended.
  4. Heat oil to 375.
  5. Fry chicken in hot oil for 10 minutes or until done. Remove from oil and drain.
  6. Add sauce mixture and stir.
  7. Serve with Ranch dressing.
