Bulgar Salad

A refreshing bulgar salad packed with fresh vegetables and zesty Italian dressing, perfect for light lunches, picnics, or side dishes for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 c. bulgar wheat
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/4 c. onions, finely chopped
  • Wish-Bone Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Soak bulgar wheat in 2 cups water for 1/2 hour.
  2. Drain and squeeze all water out of the bulgar wheat.
  3. Combine the soaked bulgar wheat with chopped tomatoes, green pepper, celery, and onions.
  4. Add Wish-Bone Italian dressing and mix well.
  5. Chill the salad before serving.
