Ingredients

  • 48 oz. orange juice
  • 12 oz. pink grapefruit juice concentrate
  • 2 cans crushed pineapple
  • 1 pint lemon juice
  • grenadine to color and taste
  • sugar to taste
  • 1 fifth white rum

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine orange juice, pink grapefruit juice concentrate, crushed pineapple, lemon juice, and grenadine.
  2. Stir well to mix the flavors evenly.
  3. Add sugar if desired, and stir until dissolved.
  4. Pour in the white rum and mix gently.
  5. Serve over crushed ice with a large plastic straw.
