Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 6 slices Mozzarella or American cheese
  • 6 hamburger buns

Instructions

  1. Shape ground beef into 6 patties.
  2. Brown the patties in a large skillet and drain the grease.
  3. Add tomato soup and about 1/3 cup water to the skillet.
  4. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes or until the patties are no longer pink.
  5. Top each patty with a slice of cheese.
  6. Serve the patties on hamburger buns.
