Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 cup soft bread
  • 2 tablespoons snipped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
  • 11 oz. can condensed Cheddar soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, chopped onion, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, soft bread, snipped parsley, and dried oregano in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Brown the meatballs in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  5. In the same skillet, combine condensed Cheddar soup, water, and white wine.
  6. Add the soup mixture to the skillet with the meatballs.
  7. Cook, covered, over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is heated.
  8. Serve the saucy meatballs over hot, cooked spaghetti.
