Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 1 can chili
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Cook hamburger meat and chopped onion until browned; drain well.
  2. Add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water; mix well.
  3. Stir in refried beans and mix thoroughly.
  4. Put the filling into each flour tortilla.
  5. Place filled tortillas in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish with the seam side down.
  6. Mix chili with 1/2 cup water and pour over the tortillas.
  7. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
