Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cookies (Oreo type)
  • 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 lb. melted margarine
  • 1 bag peanuts

Instructions

  1. Mix the cookie ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
  2. Layer softened vanilla ice cream over the cookie crust.
  3. Sprinkle peanuts over the ice cream layer.
  4. Pour hot fudge over the peanuts.
  5. Place the assembled dessert in the freezer and keep until ready to serve.
