Ingredients

  • 2 c. boiled fish
  • 1 c. mashed potatoes
  • 2 to 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine boiled fish, mashed potatoes, green onions, eggs, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. If the mixture is too thick, add milk; if too thin, add flour until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls or flat burgers.
  4. Roll each shape in flour to coat evenly.
  5. Deep fry the coated fish balls until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
