Ingredients

  • 1 box mochiko
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 block butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix mochiko and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, milk, and coconut milk; mix well.
  3. Add vanilla and baking powder; stir to combine.
  4. Coat a 9 x 13-inch pan with melted butter.
  5. Pour any extra melted butter into the batter and mix well.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until lightly browned.
