Ingredients

  • 1 medium rutabaga, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
  2. Cover with glass lid.
  3. Microwave on High for 6 minutes.
  4. Stir and continue cooking on High for an additional 6 to 8 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Let stand, covered, for 2 minutes before serving.
