Ingredients

  • 12 oz. package butterscotch morsels
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese softened
  • 14 oz. can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a medium pan, melt butterscotch morsels and margarine.
  3. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and chopped nuts.
  4. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased 13x9-inch dish.
  5. Beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy.
  6. Add Eagle Brand milk, egg, and vanilla to the cream cheese and mix well.
  7. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker mixture on top.
  9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  10. Cool thoroughly before cutting into squares.
