Butterscotch Bubble Bread combines sweet butterscotch flavor with soft, risen dough, creating a warm, indulgent treat perfect for breakfast or dessert gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 24 oz. frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 package butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Butter an angel food cake or Bundt pan.
  2. Dump the frozen dinner rolls into the prepared pan.
  3. Mix the butterscotch pudding mix, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chopped pecans in a bowl.
  4. Scatter the mixture over the rolls.
  5. Cut the margarine into thin pats and arrange on top of the mixture.
  6. Cover the pan with foil and leave it to rise at room temperature overnight.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) the next morning.
  8. Bake in the center of the oven for 35 minutes.
  9. Remove from the pan and turn onto a large plate to serve.
