Ingredients

  • 1 large package orange jello
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 ounce package cream cheese
  • 1 package whipped topping (Dream Whip)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the orange jello in hot water.
  2. Add cold water and allow the mixture to thicken.
  3. Drain the crushed pineapple and save the juice.
  4. Add the drained pineapple, sliced bananas, and miniature marshmallows to the gelatin mixture.
  5. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and congeal until firm.
