Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into flowerets
  • 6 medium carrots, sliced 1/4-inch thick
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower and carrots separately in salted water until slightly crunchy.
  2. Drain and place in a buttered casserole dish.
  3. Mix cream of chicken soup and milk; pour over the vegetables.
  4. Blend melted butter with crushed Ritz crackers; sprinkle over the top.
