Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 Tbsp. oil or butter
  • 1 pkg. Polish sausage

Instructions

  1. Place oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add shredded cabbage, sliced green bell pepper, and sliced onion to the skillet.
  3. Place sliced Polish sausage on top of the vegetables.
  4. Let the mixture simmer until the cabbage is tender and the sausage is heated through.
  5. Season to taste with salt, pepper, or other preferred spices.
  6. Serve hot, best enjoyed with cornbread or your choice of side.
