Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 small head cabbage, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup cauliflower flowerets
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli flowerets
  • 1 small onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Stir the Italian salad dressing and water into a skillet with about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  2. Add the chopped cabbage, sliced mushrooms, cauliflower flowerets, broccoli flowerets, and sliced onion to the skillet, stirring to coat well.
  3. Simmer uncovered for about 10 minutes until vegetables are tender.
