Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 to 2 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • deer meat or beef strips

Instructions

  1. In a glass or plastic container, mix all ingredients.
  2. Marinate meat strips overnight.
  3. Remove from liquid and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Place meat strips on a cookie sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°F (93°C) for 6 to 8 hours or until dry by feel.
