Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. graham crackers
  • 10 oz. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. whipping cream
  • 1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan.
  2. Add miniature marshmallows to the hot milk and stir until melted.
  3. Cool the mixture in the refrigerator until thoroughly chilled.
  4. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cooled marshmallow mixture.
  5. Layer the ingredients in a casserole dish: graham cracker crumbs, drained crushed pineapple, and whipped cream mixture.
  6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  7. Chill the assembled pudding for at least one hour before serving.
