Ingredients

  • 1 whole turkey
  • 6 medium onions
  • 5 green onions
  • 1 rib celery
  • 1 1/2 bell peppers
  • 6 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. red pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 sticks oleo

Instructions

  1. Liquify all ingredients, except turkey, in a blender.
  2. Inject liquified ingredients into the turkey.
  3. Marinate the turkey in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  4. Deep fry the turkey in a pot for 4 minutes per pound at 350°.
