Instructions
- Drain corn and beans.
- Mix with green pepper, onion and celery in bowl.
- Add cheese and sour cream; mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
- Toss cracker crumbs with margarine in a bowl.
- Sprinkle over vegetables.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly. Yields 6 servings.
