Ingredients

  • 36 large raw shrimp, shelled and cleaned
  • 4 tsp. garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • 3/4 c. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. white wine
  • 9 c. tomato sauce
  • hot buttered angel hair or very thin spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet.
  2. Saute shrimp with chopped garlic, chopped onions, oregano, salt, and pepper until shrimp are red and onions are brown.
  3. Add white wine and tomato sauce; cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve over hot, buttered angel hair pasta or very thin spaghetti.
