Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup chopped green olives
  • 2/3 cup chopped black olives
  • 7 oz jar chopped pimento, drained
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 mashed anchovy
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Marinate the mixture for 12 hours before serving.
