Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 12 eggs
  • 3 large potatoes

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, fry the bacon until crispy.
  2. Dice the potatoes and fry them in the skillet, breaking the bacon into small bits as they fry.
  3. Crack the eggs into a bowl (don't break the shells).
  4. When the potatoes are nearly finished, add the bacon bits into the skillet and stir.
  5. Pour the eggs over the potatoes and bacon mixture and simmer until the eggs are cooked through.
  6. Divide and serve hot.
