Ingredients

  • 1 lb Swiss cheese, chopped fine
  • 1 lb shrimp, chopped fine
  • few green onions, chopped fine
  • mayonnaise
  • wine or garlic vinegar
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix the chopped Swiss cheese, chopped shrimp, and chopped green onions with enough mayonnaise to make it spreadable, adding a little wine or garlic vinegar for flavor.
  2. Spread the mixture on Melba toast slices.
  3. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and a little paprika.
  4. Place under the broiler until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
  5. Serve hot.
