Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • fish

Instructions

  1. Mix the salt, oil, catsup, and vinegar together to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the fish into pieces that will fit comfortably in the jar.
  3. Fill the jar about halfway with fish, then add 3 tablespoons of the mixture.
  4. Continue filling the jar with fish until nearly full.
  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt to each pint jar.
  6. Do not add water to the jars.
  7. Seal the jars and pressure cook for 90 minutes.
