Ingredients

  • 2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 lb. chopped crawfish tails
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • black pepper
  • Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion, bell pepper, celery, and red bell pepper until tender.
  2. Add chopped crawfish tails, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, black pepper, and Cajun seasoning; cook briefly.
  3. Mix in Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties and lightly dredge with flour.
  5. Saute in a small amount of oil until crisp, or place in shell dishes and heat in the oven.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice or serve with lemon slices.
