Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 can chow mein noodles
  • 2 cups cooked, deboned chicken
  • 1 small jar pimento
  • Almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, pimento, and mushrooms in a bowl.
  2. Fold in the cooked, deboned chicken and chow mein noodles.
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle with almonds, if desired.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
