Ingredients

  • 1 ready graham cracker pie crust
  • 6 oz. graham cracker pie crust (additional or as needed)
  • 20 oz. can apple fruit filling and topping
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 oz. caramel sundae syrup
  • 2 tablespoons pecans (optional)
  • 1 (20 oz.) squeeze bottle caramel sundae syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. pecans, toasted (optional topping)*

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the ready-made graham cracker pie crust on a baking sheet.
  2. Pour half of the apple pie filling into the crust and spread evenly; set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition until well combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the apple layer in the crust.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until the center is almost set.
  7. Allow the pie to cool before serving.
