Ingredients

  • 7 1/2 oz. marshmallow creme
  • 3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 lb. caramels

Instructions

  1. Mix marshmallow creme, confectioners sugar, and vanilla until well blended and soft.
  2. Knead the mixture until fully combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Melt the caramels in a double boiler until smooth.
  5. Dip the chilled balls into the melted caramel and roll in chopped pecans.
