Caramel Coffee Ring

A decadent caramel coffee ring featuring flaky biscuit dough, rich brown sugar caramel, and crunchy nuts, perfect for breakfast or dessert gatherings with warm coffee flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans Hungry Jack biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the margarine.
  3. Coat the bottom and sides of an ungreased Bundt pan with 2 tablespoons of melted margarine.
  4. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of chopped nuts in the pan.
  5. Add brown sugar and water to the remaining margarine and heat until boiling.
  6. Remove from heat and set aside.
  7. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces.
  8. Shape the biscuit pieces into balls.
  9. Place half of the biscuit balls in the bottom of the prepared pan and pour half of the caramel sauce over them.
  10. Repeat with the remaining biscuit balls and caramel sauce.
  11. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes.
  12. Immediately invert the pan onto a serving plate to release the caramel coffee ring.
