Creamy Italian sausage and ham pasta flavored with Parmesan and parsley, perfect for a hearty, flavorful meal that combines savory meats with rich cheese and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. mild Italian sausage
  • 1/2 lb. cooked ham
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. minced parsley
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Stir-fry the sausage and ham until lightly browned.
  2. Remove the meat from the wok and set aside.
  3. Add hot cooked spaghetti to the meat along with butter and minced parsley.
  4. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Pour in beaten eggs quickly, blending to coat the pasta evenly while lifting and mixing.
  6. Sprinkle in grated Parmesan cheese and a dash of pepper.
  7. Mix again to incorporate the cheese and pepper.
  8. Serve hot, topped with additional Parmesan cheese.
