Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken cutlets
  • 3/4 cup raisins
  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cup cantaloupe, diced
  • 3/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 3/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Instructions
